Ejendomsdatarapport (property data report)

The Ejendomsdatarapport is the official bundle of around 50 publicly registered data points on a home: finances, planning, soil contamination, building data and usually the condition report and energy label. It costs 105 kr. and is ordered at boligejer.dk, usually by the seller or agent when the home goes on sale.

The report gathers data from the municipality, the tax authority and regions in one place, so you do not have to search many registers for the full factual basis.

It contains, among other things, information on finances, planning, soil contamination, water and nature, plus often the BBR-Meddelelse, condition report and energy label.

The price is 105 kr. per property. Private and confidential data can only be ordered if you are the owner, so as a buyer you see the version the seller or agent has presented.

Read the Ejendomsdatarapport before you bid. It is your best factual basis for soil contamination, planning and BBR, which the listing does not always mention.
