Good questions.

Which listing sites work?

Boligsiden, Boliga and agent sites, plus most agent listing pages.

Does it work for couples?

Yes, that’s the point. Invite your partner to your household and see each other’s read on every home, side by side. No more long message threads.

Does it work if I’m also selling?

Yes. Add your current home and see what you’ll walk away with after agent fees, tax and loans, and whether to sell or buy first. Your whole move in one place.

How reliable is the verdict?

It’s built from the facts in the listing, and we always show what’s known and what’s missing. A sharp first filter, not a replacement for a condition report (tilstandsrapport).

Whose side is Heimer on?

Yours. Heimer is here for you, the buyer. We show what a home costs, what the risks are, and what to do next.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We never sell your data. Your listings and results are private to your account, and you can delete everything anytime.

What does a home really cost per month?

The real monthly cost is interest plus principal plus owner expenses or the co-op charge plus maintenance. Heimer works out all of it from the listing, so you see what the home actually costs each month, not just the asking price.

What do the colours in the condition report mean?

The Danish condition report (tilstandsrapport) uses four colours: red is critical damage, yellow is serious damage, grey is minor damage, and black means the issue needs closer inspection. Heimer reads the report for you and flags the risks before you bid.

What is the association’s debt in a co-op (andelsbolig)?

The association’s debt is the cooperative’s shared loan, and your part is paid through the monthly boligafgift. High debt cuts straight into the share value and can raise the charge if interest rises. Heimer reads the association’s finances and shows your part.
