What does Heimer cost?

Heimer Plus costs 399 kr a month for ten analyses, Heimer Max 649 kr for 25. A single analysis costs 219 kr. Prices include tax and cover your household. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel, and unused analyses do not carry over. Saving homes and notes is free. Saved homes and completed analyses remain available.

What does the analysis read?

The listing and the documents available, such as the condition report (tilstandsrapport), the electrical report (elinstallationsrapport) and the association’s accounts. Then sources online, such as the municipality’s plans and sold homes nearby. What could not be found is listed too, so you know what to ask about.

Does it replace a survey?

No. Heimer shows what to check and ask about, and when a survey is worth the money.

Do you find the association’s debt?

Yes, when the accounts are available. We work out the debt per square metre and the savings and show what is normal. If the accounts are missing, we say so and what to ask for.

Do I need an account?

No signup is needed. You enter your email at checkout and receive a link to the analysis. It starts right after your purchase.

What if the analysis turns out poor?

Tell us at the bottom of the analysis and we try to run it again. If you are not happy with a single analysis, email us within 14 days and you get your money back.
