Verditakst (valuation)
A verditakst is the agent's or surveyor's estimate of the home's market value, and it is not the same as the asking price or the final price.
A verditakst, often called a verdivurdering, is an estimate of what the home is thought to be worth on the market, made by an agent or a surveyor. It draws on location, size, standard, and what similar homes have sold for. The verditakst is not the same as the asking price, which is the price suggested in the listing, nor the final price, which is settled in the bidding round; it points to an expected level, not what you will actually pay. As a buyer, treat the verditakst as one reference among several, check it against sold homes in the area and against the condition report, and let your own ceiling decide what you bid.
