Tilstandsrapport (condition report)

A tilstandsrapport is a surveyor’s review of the home that gives each assessed building part a condition grade from TG0 to TG3. TG2 means a significant deviation; TG3 means a large or serious one, and for TG3 the report must state the cause, the consequence and an estimated repair cost. Read every TG2 and TG3 point before you bid. From 1 January 2026 the rules require cause and consequence for each deviation, and the NS 3600:2025 standard becomes mandatory from 1 July 2026.
