Prisantydning (asking price / guide price)

The prisantydning is the asking price the seller states in the listing, and it is not a ceiling: in a bidding round homes often sell above it. The agent may not set it deliberately below what the seller will accept, the ban on bait pricing. Look at the total price, not just the asking price, since costs like the 2.5% dokumentavgift on a selveier home and any share of joint debt come on top.
