Belåningsgrad (loan-to-value, LTV)

Belåningsgrad is your loan divided by the home's value; in Norway an ordinary mortgage tops out at 90 percent.

Belaningsgrad (loan-to-value) is your loan as a share of the property’s value. A repayment loan may not exceed 90%, and a credit-line loan may not exceed 60%. Above 60% the bank must require amortisation of at least 2.5% of the loan per year.
